If you need guidance and motivation to balance physical activity with healthy nutritional food choices, to get active, to make time for yourself and your health, if you want to get fitter, stronger and have more energy or achieve and sustain your healthy body weight but your previous attempts haven’t worked, or if you want to gain knowledge and skills in exercise, nutrition and healthy food, this tailored programme is for you!

This 6 week combo programme includes:

  • 2x 45 – 60 min fitness training sessions per week
  • 3x one-on-one 45 min coaching sessions

We’ll discuss your nutritional needs, design a personal plan for you and help you set your goals. Can be a Zoom meeting, video call or in person at the studio.
